They didn't like me asking them to use some sort of germ killing agent, to wash out the basin you put your feet in to be washed. Also their polishes are old & dried out. Their tools for pedicures & manicures are not germ free. I didn't see them come out of the sterilizer. Overall her attitude is off real bad.
