I went in today with my 10 year old daughter who has cheer pictures tomorrow , I asked for bouncy light hair like cheerleaders have ..... this is what she got , a pile of grease and flat hair that just lays there !!! Never Again !!!! Freaking Never ! $15 dollars for something I could’ve done at home !!! And there response , oh next time u won’t have to pay ... Really

It has been a long time since I have gotten a perm, and was reluctant to go to a cosmetology school. However, I am delighted that I went! Tatiana worked meticulously to ensure that her technique yielded the desired result, and she did not disappoint! In addition, I observed Mr. Paxton, one of the instructors, as he interacted with the students. He spoke with the students professionally, providing the necessary feedback for a successful outcome. In addition, he spoke to each client inquiring whether we were pleased with each step of the process. While there, I observed students sanitizing their work stations and equipment before leaving for the day. This fantastic experience motivates me to return for additional services!

Shameful experience
Was sent out with color in and hair all over my head.
I was so hurt with my hair standing over my head and they made me pay $40 for half services

on a whim, I tried Academy of hair, as I recently dislocated my shoulder, and washing hair at home would be more than challenging. The customer service was above par from the receptionist, to the beautician in training and all concerned.
Abby took extra care and concern to ensure my satisfaction..the blow out was exceptional, quick and easy..
I happened to lose my earring (stupid me, no backing) and all concerned went out of the way to look for it~ including the owner.
I highly recommend the Academy for top rate service, and style. Will definitely be back!
