Cindy and Steven were great! Steven did my set, but they both explained to me why my nails were breaking so easily and gave good suggestions. Steven gave me a whole new set and made sure my real nails were properly clean and trimmed. After months of searching from just moving here I finally found my go to place. Thanks again! I love my nails. Pictures shown is what I wanted vs what I got (I wanted color)

I’m honestly OBSESSED with this place. I have tried so many different places before coming here and nothing compares. The staff at this establishment is so talented and friendly! They’re always so quick and efficient in every service they provider. I have gotten several full sets, fills, dip as well as deluxe pedicures. This place is the place to go. My friends who live in Portsmouth even come across the tunnel to come here because they’re that good! The photos I’ve attached are all done by Cindy!! She’s amazing!!!!

2 friends (pedicures) & I (gel manicure) did walk-ins today.
The place was busy, with 2 people in the waiting chairs. My friends were seated for their pedicures within 10 minutes and I was a little while later.
Trish was my nail technician. She was nice, thorough and gave me the BEST manicure of my 33yr old life.
There have been many times when you don't choose the up-sale that they then do a quick, poor job on the cheaper manicure to then get to another customer. This was NOT done here.
Trish asked what I wanted, let me know and made sure it was OK to go pretty short (my nails were in really bad condition) and got to work.
All 3 of us are BEYOND pleased with the experience and will definitely be going back!!!!
P.S. they said the massage chairs were amazing!

I called to ask if they could take a walk-in around 4PM a Thursday. Receptionist was quick to say yes and to come on in. I got there and was seated right away. There were multiple customers. Tony was my technician, he carefully removed my old powder and did an amazing clean job, he made them spotless and made sure no residue was left under my nails, (that has never happened to me in all my history of getting powder-dip). He also put in 2 fake nails as I them broken. Final price was $50. Unfortunately I live in Miami but I would love to come back if I even am in town again for work. Tony YOU ARE GREAT!

Chocolate Nails done by Steven and Cindy .. There are the best , so professional and knows what a customer should get. The level of art at the place is a rating of 5 stars!!!!! Tammy is also my favorite nail tech. I just moved to Norfolk and have been coming to this nail shop ever since . Do not find myself going anywhere else ! Keep up the great work
