This place is awful, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Just by looks they will judge whether or not you look like a business owner. I can’t believe this place is even opened still horrible reviews and customer service. Please get this place CLOSED !!!

I went to all different nail supply and didn’t have the color my boss wanted. So I decided to go to this one. I’m surprised they have it. I got no help at all i did it all by myself. The lady was so rude and racist like if your not fully Vietnamese they will treat you differently. I’m half Vietnamese and I speak it. She rung up a Vietnamese lady in front of me was being so nice to her. She doesn’t have a nail license and let her buy the stuff. When she rung me up I ask her do I have to show my nail license and being rudely and say yeah. She snatch out of my hand. Like rude much?? I wasted a lot of money at that place. Never ever going back there I repeat don’t go there. If you not fully Vietnamese they will not treat you right. This is America you suppose to treat customers with respect no matter what skin color you are or what culture. I’m pretty sure she rip me off. I didn’t get no discount. When I went to other nail supply they were nice and gave me a huge discount no matter what race you are. I was very happy about that. This nail supply need to shut down or something.

My first time shopping here I felt uncomfortable because they look at you like your going to steal stuff,later I asked for help getting a nipper, which is locked in the case and the sales person didn’t get off their chair and when they finally did they were very rude, I would give zero stars if I could. I will never shop here again.

I don't understand how no one has gone to the BBB ON THESE PEOPLE. If they just want Vietnamese techs then try online first. There are a lot of companies that would love to have my money. Another thing....stop going to their nail salons.....hit em in their pockets than maybe they will appreciate those who used to support them. By the way...i am a visiting nail tech from Missouri. I wouldn't give these people another thought let alone a dime. Poor customer service and i KNOW they speak English. I heard the girl on the phone when i walked in. All Bad!
