I will never go back again. It was my first time there and CeeCee did a gel full set. All my nails are different shapes..some nails look chunkier than others. My nail is already separating from the tips. One thumb is shorter than the other which I mentioned when I was there. She was not social nor friendly. I will never return; now I have to pain someone else to fix this mess.

I came in for a fill, eyebrows and pedi. I was rushed to pick out my color and ended up not liking it as a result. I asked the lady to take it off so i could choose another color. Her response was "no im not taking it off". After i insisted for her to do so she then said "ok $20" which i agreed. (She thought that would change my mind) she stormed off and asked another woman to take care of me. Mind you, i wasnt complaining about her work. I just simply didnt want the color. They were so nasty to me and told me i had to pay for my eyebrows UPFRONT. which i did. I ended up leaving the shop that day because they told me i had to wait an hr to get my fill even tho i was already seated i mb the chair. I came back a few weeks later and they declined to service me because i ran out. I am not that type of person and if i ran out i wouldnt have come back again? They basically called me a liar and a thief in front of the shop. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They have horrible attitudes/customer service.

The First time I gave then a chance they was rude to me, I asked them if I could get a pedicure and they took forever to start the pedicure. The water was cold, then I got white nail polish on my nails and it looked like a sloppy mess, when I asked the nail technician to fix them she ignored me and then I finally stopped her and asked her again she raised her voice at me with attitude and said “ OK I HEARD YOU!!” I was in complete ahock that the two ladies sitting next me couldn’t believe she had a nasty attitude smh.
Then I just called this morning for Linda who I LOVED dearly, and I asked her for a pedicure and fill in. She told me I could get my nails filled in but someone else would have to do my pedicure and to be honest I felt more comfortable with her than any other technician in that salon. She ended up having an attitude and told me “ No, I can’t do it”. They don’t want my money so I will be taking it else where. Awful experience here not once, but two times within this month smh NEVER AGAIN!

Okay I was a customer for some years because they don’t charge for length but they started being disrespectful like they don’t want to take new customer. Brought my mother and grandmother there for a good time and they were treated awful.
