Kim is very old school. Her husband does the pedicures. He's very good. Kim has been in the neighborhood for over 30+ years. This is her 2nd location in the same shopping center. She is acclimated to the community and ALL that comes along with it. She is a no nonsense type of person. She has Nooooo problem going off on you!
All I can say is you have to get to know her to understand her personality and attitude. She does ok nails. I think she would update and try to improve IF she had more competition in the area, but she doesn't so she is how she is!
