I love the lady that owns this place “Vicky” she always does an amazing job...I’ve been going to this place for the past three years ever since I moved to Greenville...I tried a lot of places on woodruff road...but by far I found Vicky’s work the best...she knows exactly what she’s doing - thank you Vicky...your the best😚😚😚

Don't come here!!! AVOID!! The young man working on my nails COULD NOT USE A NAIL CLIPPER!! He also didn't understand that nails are supposed to be cut to the same length or the difference between round and square. I had to walk out.

Horrible experience! I wish I would have read reviews. Do not let the man do your nails . Also very bad customer service voiced a concern to shop owner regarding my nails done incorrectly. She told me it would cost me more money to fix what her employer did wrong. I will not be returning I also will tell my employees about experience

I hardly ever write reviews because I don't like affecting people's revenue. BUT, I had to make an exception. I believe the lady's name is Angie. I've been here 3 xs and this time was my last. The nail tech got upset because I wanted to add more to TWO nails. She told me "No, one time. You can't keep changing mind." I didn't want the polish changed, just something added to it because you couldn't see the true color of the glitter in the bottle. I suggested they put the glitter (the ones you dip your finger in) on display nails so that the consumer can see what the glitter will look like on the actual nail. I pay at least $80 every time I go and I feel that there's a way to talk to people and properly display your product.

All of my nails were crooked one broke the very next morning I had to come back and have it be hoping it would be at least straight and it was crooked as well very unsatisfied customer will not be going back there
