Avoid it!! They hire people with zero experience. I stated going when they first opened and I’m not sure what happened but my nails looked really bad the last two times, polish uneven or gel polish painted on skin, you would think a 6 year old painted them! I will never go back.

Acrylic nails ended up going over my nail onto skin, some he sanded back - after the nails had been painted gel coat so ruining that and some were left for me to try and pick off later. The mother and the son had a loud verbal fight whilst this was happening. No pride in what they’re selling, i don’t know why they bother.

I called up there. trying to ask us specific questions about mood changing nails. And they also glow in the dark so I was trying to ask the lady if she had that and she kept cutting me off, and she said she doesn't know if she has glow in the dark nails and didn't understand me and I said to her. You don't know what nails you have. And she just kept saying come in just come in and I told her im in a wheelchair and she hung up on me and I called back and a man answered and I asked to speak to the owner or the supervisor, and he hung up on me as well. Don't even go to this place, I had never been there before and I don't even want to go after being treated in discriminated. They suck

Went here to get SNS but two of the ladies didn't even know what that was, but insisted that they could do it. They started out with putting the tips on and got nail glue all over my fingertips, I am still peeling it off. Then they proceed to use clear GEL nail polish and dip my nails into the powder which came out totally clumpy and uneven. They put around 10 layers on, buffing in between until the lady was "satisfied", or in my opinion, tired of messing with my nails and finished it with a gel topcoat and put my nails under the light for over 60 seconds. None of my nails were the same color or thickness... maybe they just don't know how to do SNS nails but I definitely wouldn't recommend going there.

If you look at the Yelp reviews for this place, you will see the most accurate representation of the mindset of the people who own this salon. Prepare to be treated differently if you want a non-gel service. I had a great experience with a tall, slender woman who took her time and made me feel like I was a respected. However, there is a short, older woman and her husband/son who are incredibly disrespectful. They only referred to us by the amount of money we spent. At one point, my friend asked why she didn't receive a service that was advertised as being included and they both began yelling at her. They were insulting. I was shaking so hard from their scary attack on my friend that my technician had to stop working because I kept messing up the polish. They literally went down the line and said "You are spending ____ dollars, you are spending _____ dollars". It was humiliating. It was clear that we were just a bunch of dollar signs to them. I wish I had went to Yelp app before going in to this nail salon because the reviews are all the same. I'm sorry if I do not like gel on my toenails... But don't treat me differently because in your eyes it was "the cheaper option".
