Horrible service! I came in to get my eyebrows done and was treated completely poorly. I waited patiently for my turn as they were providing pedicure services to two other customers at the time. When it was finally my turn, I asked the individual to please switch her gloves for new ones to be not only safe but sanitary.
The woman seemed weirded out that I asked and left the room. When she re-enter the room, I can see that she had the same gloves on from before! You can see the brown stains at the plam of the gloves. I asked again if she changed her gloves and she stormed out.
She left the room and then told me I needed to wait again if I wanted service as she dismissed me with her hands in the air as if my service is nothing to her.
Disgusting. I will never return to this place and if you care about your health and being safe, you don’t want to come here and get your face touched on or nails done for that matter.

They allow a few too many people in for covid precaution. This place is not where you go for a nice spa/relaxing experience but it was the most effort I have seen put in in the area. $35 for powder and you get a base coat plus 3 color coats. They also use an electric file which I prefer. I would come here again for a good powder mani but not a relaxing pedi

Lily pays great attention to your nails and consistently does great. You can get what you pay for here (and it's very inexpensive) but they can almost always accommodate a walk in and last minute reservations. Massages are just ok, but included in some services so whatever. In short: go here if you're local! I've yet to be disappointed after 4 visits.

Bulletproof gel manicures. I've tried many nail salons in the area and this one's gels stands up. Also lovely staff, open to walk-ins and I've never waited more than 10-15 minutes walking in with no appointment, which is great for someone who tries to squeeze nails in on a moments notice.

My pedicures usually last longer, but this time the polish started chipping off only 48 hours later! Not happy at all; what a total waste of $30. I'm used to them lasting for a number of weeks! Also, the young woman (who seems very sweet) named Lily who usually does my pedicures there always cuts one of my big toenails crooked, but both of the times that I kindly asked her about it, she insists it's all in the difference of perspective. If that was true, I wouldn't have this problem with only her...her leg massages are nice, though.
I have gone here multiple times because it's very close to my home, but I'm afraid I'm dissatisfied enough to go elsewhere (or ask for someone else, but that feels awkward). I do always enjoy the massage chairs.
