My first time at Love & Care was five days ago and is the first nail salon I've gone to since I've moved to GA. I read the reviews, especially the ones about Annie, and decided to go. I was fortunate enough to have Annie be my nail tech and it came out great. The price was reasonable too ($37 for short, gel acrylic, coffin style). AND I didn't get an attitude or feel any weird energy for coming in on a Thursday night, 30-minutes before they closed. Definitely going back and booking with Annie.

I’m a Licensed nail tech and was feeling a bit lazy this day. Occasionally I do let other techs do my nails when I just don’t have the patience or time to do them myself. The only thing I’d change about my experience here is the wait time. Now I’m a very picky person seeing as I do nails for living as well. But Annie came through! When I’m telling you I didn’t have to correct her or stop her or ask her to fix anything! She’s a bad woman! The shape was perfect. None of my nails are crooked or leaning. I give credit where credit is due... and I’d be happy to sit in Annie’s chair in the future 💋

I’ve visited this location three times... I asked for the same service every time and was charged a different amount each time... Today I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure... I asked the tech why he didn’t soak my hands or work on my cuticles and the female tech said I was just getting a polish change... I’d waited so long, I told the tech to just finish the polish change.. when I got to the register, the board said $8 for polish change... When I questioned it, I was told $23 for polish change and $28 for gel manicure... I didn’t get the services but was charged... I’ll definitely find another nail location, I don’t like dishonesty in business... I always tip extremely well, 15% and I don’t appreciate how I was handled... The three stars is for the tech who did my toes...

I recently moved to GA and I've been to a few nail spas that I thought had been great until I went to Love & Care Nails. Love & Care Nails is the best...superb customer service, clean, patient and the pedis are to die for! My search is over!

Wish I could give 0 stars been here an hour and still haven’t been seen... put 3 ppl in front of me when I got there before them... only four ppl working ...3 do nails and looks like the other only dies pedicures... I just don’t understand because the 3 ppl didn’t have appointments so y where they put in front of me? Smh customer service is mote important to me than anything... doesn’t matter how good they might be I shouldn’t be waiting an hour and have ppl put in front of me
