Unsatisfied client:
Amy, salon owner did my nails and pedicures. She gets very defensive, do not apologize and do nothing to fix the situation. She does not connect well with her clients. There was little rapport, and she never tried to establish a good rapport between the two of us. I understand that we’ve going to have our good and bad days, however, she never ever had a smile on her face nor in her voice when talking to her on the phone. If you complain, its taken the wrong way. Don’t ever be late you will be blame for what happened, instead of she saying thank you for telling me what happened, then apologize.

I love Amy ... She is a very understanding and professional nail tech.. there were a couple times that I went there and left my money at home (I’m very absent minded) but any way she was always very understanding of my situation and she would just tell me to bring it back when I come back the next visit (I always ended up taking it back the same day or either next day) but she is a very special individual... also mrs. Kim that works there is very nice and professional also.. Everyone in there does a great job actually I have been going there since they opened up and every time I go they acknowledge me by name and always ask me how I have been and she loves my daughter.. I appreciate the service they give me and I would recommend them to anyone..

I'm currently sitting at a station repetitively getting cut and burned by the nail technician with NO apologies. The staff is rude and I will never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

I go to Hollywood Nails and they know me by name. I can pop in on any given notice and get my nails done. It is clean, quiet and peaceful. Fast service and my nail tech Hanna is great!!!
