Absolutely horrible. I went in for a TRIM, and got 80% if my hair cut. I was asked what I wanted and I politely said a trim. And my hair was fairly long but I liked it long. Then before I could say anything she had removed a full inch or two of my hair. When she asked how was it I said I asked for a trim, she then immediately apoligized but I don’t understand how there was any confusion with my request in the first place.

I have been going to Anna for years....love her. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Sign on door clearly states last haircut taken at 2:40 on Sunday got there at 2:30 doors locked employees sitting talking......Go next door to Magic Scissors

Fit my children in for an appointment the same day I called and were very patient with my son who hates haircuts. Very accommodating. Did a great job cutting my son's hair. Would definitely go back!
