Owner is rude very unprofessional.I can’t believe the way she approach me on top of the the wait is ridiculous. I know she good doing eyes brown .As a customer like me the travel from upstate to get the type of treatment aand price definitely I will find another place . I don’t recommended none of my friend because I know they will be mad at me by the way staff and owner talk to customers.

Nail work is great, but didn't like that we were not told and charged for gel which it's pricey, especially for someone that works with motors and machinery.

I went here I usually do my eye brows here because that she is... chalan is great at doing eye brows but the rudeness of how she speaks sometimes is in tolerable she gives u appts where she never sees u at the time of the appointment u still have to wait sometimes up to an hour that’s unprofessional also if you aren’t her personal client she treats u as if she’s better than u I thought that wouldn’t be the case for me until I went the last time also I did a pedicure once here n never again because how I did gel and yet the next day the whole nail came off I believe it’s overpriced and anyone can agree unless they’re Bougie how are eye brows 20$ yes I paid it because like I said she’s good at that but I only came once a month but never again

If I could give -0 stars I would! I been coming here for years because ely is good at eyebrows. However this establishment is running on poor management and waste people’s time! Today was the last straw! I’ve waited two hours to do my eyebrows, got set up and left! WARNING You have to make an appointment and even when you do she has you waiting hours !!! 2+ On top of your appointment time. What is the point of putting a deposit when you’re not going to be seen at your schedule appointment. Ladies do not come here this place is Unprofessional!! Her staff has no sense of direction and doesn’t even know anything about the scheduling and don’t speak English! she’s the only one who does eyebrows and her time management is very poor. If you wanna wait three hours+ to get a simple eyebrows and then come here . This place is OVERPRICED, OVERRATED ANS IS A JOKE!
