I visited for the first time yesterday because of the great rating this place was given and it was not what I was expecting. I got a single color dip power with a tip to extend my nail bed and to be very honest, the nail tech was not very detail oriented. At a glance, my nails look okay, but as someone that gets their nails done regularly, I can see that she left most of them uneven and it is painfully obvious if you look at them side on. If I run my finger over the top of each nail, you can feel the dips and bumps. It’s so strange. I’m not sure how a professional nail tech could miss that. It seems like they charge you $40+ for this type of manicure but do somewhat of a mediocre job to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I’m not the type to complain. I get what I get and if I don’t like it I’ll never go back and that’s that but this time I had to say something because I swear to all who are reading this, I could have done this type of service to myself and it come out even better quality I think. It may take me longer but at least I’ll end up with something I like. It’s sad that first review of anything is a negative one. The woman who did my nails also knocked my phone off the edge of the table with the UV light and caused the glass back to shatter. She knew she had done it because she was the first one to gasp. Yes, I should have had it in my lap or in my pocket but at the VERY least she could have apologized for causing the accident. The kind receptionist did acknowledge that and I appreciate it but I got nothing from the nail tech. In fact she had the audacity to say “You cracked your phone?” It took an incredible amount of strength not to say something back but as soon as she was done I paid the bill and left as quickly as possible with no hopes of ever returning.

Awesome customer service!!! Great attention to detail for both my wife and I!! Even though we came in on a busy day they were attentive.

My third time here, first two experiences were good, this visit kinda disappointed. The kid doing my daughter nails acted like he didn’t want to. The girl doing my nails gave off a rude vibe, I came in asking for acrylic, she decided to do overlay (guess because it’s quicker). There were two other guest who walked in and that’s when they really rushed through it. My right index nail was not long to begin with and it’s totally crooked. Short crooked nail makes it look weird. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I only came after a friend referred me but too bad didn’t work out. Must now look for yet another place to take my business.

They provided good manicure and pedicure services. However, the young man who did my nails would/refused to communicate. I tried making conversation. He never replied. He spoke in Vietnamese to his fellow saw n personnel. No. Not right. Not going back.

I haven't been in a while so I decided to get nails and pedicure refill. I unfortunately, did not get the techs name who did my nails. She was not very friendly, as a matter of fact she seemed a bit impatient and distracted. This would be the first time I did not like my nails after going to Sunshine Nails. The tech that did my pedicure was amazing, although, the color did not match my nails which I was told would match my nails, I still love her work.
