I went in to get my nails done professionally for the first time ever. I had a manicure then tips put on and gel nail polish. $70. The girl was super nice so I gave her a $20 tip. The next day one of the tips popped off. The day after the acrylic polish and all started popping off. By day three they were all off. I am awaiting a phone call from the manager. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I live very near the place, I'm not a tourist that's never coming back. I'm highly upset that I now know I could have gotten a full set of full nails and polish for 25 anywhere else. I still had most of my cuticles. The list goes on. I got them done on Nov 23rd. I tried going back that Sunday but they were closed. I finally got a day off on the 27th, when I went in a lady working said she would contact the manager and have her reach out to me. Still waiting on this phone call and wondering how from the 23rd to the 27th is 10 days even to today the 1st isn't 10 days. Don't waste your money or time here. It's not the place to get your nails done. And they are nonsensical.

Went here because my normal nail salon was booked. From googling this was one of the few salon that had more natural gel nail polish (5-free, etc). The gel manicure lasted two days tops, and has peeled and ripped my top layer of nail off, leaving them totally damaged. Now I’m $50+ out and having to go back to my normal salon to get a damage treatment. The manicurist was very nice and I’m sure it would be fine with traditional gel but if you’re looking for a more natural product, I’d go elsewhere.

I went for a massage and it was fantastic! Jess really focuses on healing the body. She’s the best massage therapist I’ve met in the Nashville area, and knows how to apply the right pressure to work out the kinks.
