They don't used medically clean tools.
(Sealed after being cleaned in a autoclave.)
The tools (nail clippers, etc) are stored in their dirty plastic cart.
Fast, dirty tools, poor cleaning of dirt under toe nails, etc.
I had her put alcohol on my toes to be safe and 30 minutes latter, a couple of my toes are still burning. Meaning the skin was broke.
Go elsewhere!

Hi-Tech Nail is my favorite place to get a manicure downtown. The women are always quick but thorough, ensuring no bubbles and that tips are adequately covered resulting in a perfectly polished mani that lasts a long time.
They are careful with the removal of old gel which I appreciate as it keeps my nails healthy and strong.
I have had several french manicures here as well and they have all been very expertly finished and look exactly the way I want.
I recommend that you make a reservation in advance if you know you have a tight deadline, but they are perfect for a mani after work or at lunch if you are downtown.

I was looking for a quick fix that day, meaning I needed a pedicure and full set. My pedi is great she did a good job.
Tracy did my full set and I loved it.
