Came in for a quick manicure with a design; whomever removed the design failed to recall or show it to person who was doing the design. Disaster. Liked that individual hand dryers were at manicure stations so didn't leave wet. Disliked that when I messed up my nails, received no new base coats.

Excellent service and always willing to fix a mistake on the rare occasion one is made. The pedicures are excellent and they line the basin between every customer so I don't ever worry about picking something up from another customer. Two thumbs up. My girlfriend has been coming here for years and has never had a problem with service, quality, or price!

This place is amazing. I had a friend tell me about it. I will never go get my nails done anywhere but here. Very nice people and great work and prices !!

I went to Elle nails over Labor Day weekend for the first time and am actually disappointed in the quality of my nails. The nail technician I had was extremely nice and the entire staff seems very polite; however, my manicure was awful. I have hang nails on every finger and I had to clean off some nail polish that was painted on skin because the tech didn't bother to clean it afterward.

This was my third time in the shop. My first two experiences were great. I saw a nail tech by the name of Tiffany. She did a wonderful job on my my nails and eyebrows. I’m also pregnant and she always took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I called today to schedule an appointment with her and unfortunately was told she would be out on vacation for 2 months. I decided to still schedule an appointment with whomever was available. Each time I have been into the shop everyone has been pleasant and the shop is extremely comfortable and clean. I arrive for my appt and still had to wait 20+ minutes. I requested a pedicure, polish change on my hands and eyebrows. I did not receive the pedicure, just a polish change. I was also sat at a dirty pedicure bowl. When it came time for my nails, 3 different woman worked on them. My right hand came out great. They had a little trouble with my left. One of the ladies who worked on it said it’s okay, it looks like ombré. I will say they tried to correct it but made it look worse. I get my natural nails done but my left hand looks like I have bulky acrylic on it. This nail salon was super convenient to my house, comfortable and inviting. Unfortunately I won’t be back.
