Lena, my hair stylist, was the BEST! She was professional, kind and respectful. So self aware. She knew her stuff and made sure I was well informed on the decisions for my hair.
The front desk down stairs and upstairs were also so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the experience all around.

The service was excellent. My technician was friendly and professional. Unfortunately my manicure did not turn out well. I don’t know if the nail polish was old or if it’s because she shook the bottle before applying, but it completely bubbled on my nails. I waited for it to completely dry but it did not look good at all. I could not go out like that so I had to take it off. Oh well.

I booked a 90-minute Therapeutic massage, which is listed as medium to firm pressure. What I got was someone lightly rubbing oil on me. Honestly, I apply more pressure when I apply lotion to my body. She did not work on a single knot in my shoulders, even after I indicated that was the area that I needed the most time spent on - just lightly glided over my upper back and shoulders. This was not worth the money I spent for the service. I am highly disappointed.

I went in for a relaxing massaging since I haven't been able to sleep and been suffering with anxiety. I let my therapist know this and let her know I am aware of knots and tension but not to focus on that I want to relax. we'll I ended up getting a deep tissue. it was great but not what i wanted because I ended up being sore for a couple of days (which is why I wanted to relax and potentially fall asleep) also I felt like I was in a therapy session when asked if I took medication for my anxiety, which ones, and if I talk to anyone, and when I said no was asked "why" i didn't want to conversate but I also didn't want to be rude. it was a good massage but and the therapist was great and nice but just not what I wanted. I work in a spa so it is proper etiquette to keep the talking a minimum and use close ended questions. I hope this help her out in the future.

AMAZING! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. It was like walking into a friend’s house! I was offered complimentary beverages and just had the best experience! Mercedes is an amazing masseuse, and I had the best experience with Amy during my facial. She was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions! Love this place.
