Horrible place. RUDE. Zero customer service skills. I called for an app 24 hours in advance. Got there and the woman had taken someone in my place. Her clocks are set ahead of normal time based off of cell phone time( which is what I go by). I walked in and said hello, zero response. I sat there for thirty minutes with still nary a word spoken to me. I finally left and took my business to another nail salon. I will not be returning to this horribly rude establishment again. There are PLENTY of other nail salons that will happily take my business and money 🤑

I went in to get my nails done, and the lady did not even half of my nails then told me to wait 5 minutes to help another lady and about 45 minutes of sitting there I told her I had to leave within the hour and she simply told me no she couldn’t finish them so I got up to leave and she said something under her breath. She’s a old Asian lady so I’m not really tripping

I just love Nails by Eva. Never a problem. Both are great people to work with. !!!

Eva is super sweet and one of the best nail technicians I have found in a long time. She is very well priced and does an incredible job!! Thanks Ms. Eva!!
