Really sad experience today. The guy who does the acrylics is extremely rude!!! Yells at people and dug a nail clipper into nail bed...extreme pain!!!! Just not a great place anymore that guy ruined a good thing

Holly (the former owner) sold the place :( I miss her! The new staff is very good. However, the new owner decided to repaint the walls...dark brown. It is a poor paint job in a very distasteful, not spa-like color and looks like poop on the walls. Sorry. Anyway, it's the quality of work that you are going for, although the atmosphere is also important. They do a good job and are friendly.

This place is such a joke!!!!! I waited over an hour just to get helped!!!!! Don't waste your time or money! After I waited I still didn't get helped so I just left!

OK, I'm the type of girl who first before anything checks out reviews on anything from nails to hair shops. I live in the city of Corona and shamefully there is so many bad reviews for my local nail shops. I drive out to riverside but today out of all days I ended up on Indian Truck Trail and found a nail shop "Holly's Nails & Spa" right off the freeway,..what the heck, I looked at the reviews, was none and decided to try it anyway. I was about to walk out when they said a fill cost 18 bucks but in 20min my other nail placed closed and I wouldn't of made it on time. I sat down on there seat which was comfortable. The owner introduced herself to me as the owner and explained to me why they charged $18 for fill, you get 1 free broken nail fixed and get your nails filed down. Worked for me. My experience was great. The tech lady carried on this long conversation with me which worked for my cause I love to talk to new people. Wasint over the wall expensive and the atmosphere there was great....I'm definitey going back...and for a friday night it wasin't crowded but they did have business and such friendly customers as well. LOVED IT!!!!!
