I stopped in at Nikki's today to get a pedicure. It was a great experience all around. Quick service, great salon and chairs, excellent and professional service! I'd definitely recommend it.

Worst experience ever! Now called happy nails and I did not leave happy. Messed my SNS nails up. They have their own technique of doing things that no one in there had ever heard of. Myself as well as 2 other customers had to say something to the staff. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone

First and last time here, I Paid $40 for a shellac pedicure and it came off the same evening. I called and let them know and they had me return on my lunch break the next day. While there Danny could not find the same polish and tried to force me to have them painted a different shade that I did not like. I requested another shade that I liked better and he declined saying he would charge me another $15 for the shade that I liked. He was very rude and made me wait another ten minutes while he located the polish originally used saying that if I didn't want to pay more, I could wait. HORRIBLE customer service, will never return!!!

My first time at this nail salon, and I was treated like a queen. Im from NY visiting and when I come to NC this will be my go to nail salon... under new management!!!!!
