I went to get coffin nails done and I am not someone who complains but I didn't leave satisfied. My nails looked uneven and crooked. I wanted a maroon color and the color the lady used made my nails look bright purple. Since there was no turning back I asked her to paint my toe nails the same color, she painted them BRIGHT RED!!! My finger nails and toe nails did not match at all. I was very upset, the work I received was NOT worth what I paid for. I recommend you guys try somewhere else for your nails. I'm not someone who complains but I will not be returning for service of ANY KIND. Look somewhere else for your nails!!!!!

Went there for a full gel set and the woman doing my nails rushed through the whole process. She burned my finger with the gel as she let it get on my skin while in the UV light. My nails looked thick, badly polished, and not even! I would never go back to this place!! Bad service, she didn’t even apologize and still charged me $40 for the service.

I went in with my sister yesterday to get my nails done the staff refused to let me and her sit together even though we expressed that we’d like to, but ok no big deal. I then proceed to ask my nail tech (Kathy) what I should do about the split in my nails on my thumbs. She proceeds to tell me she isn’t a doctor and that she only does nails....ok so like that why I asked YOU about my NAILS. We finish and I notice several of my nails are crooked, Kathy tells me it’s cause my fingers are crooked. To quote Angela Johnson, my finger didn’t go like that before I came in here tho 😒. I asked for a discount since my nails were crooked and my sister hated her nails. We both asked for the coffin shape and got squares....CROOKED squares. No discount. No apology. She didn’t offer to fix them. Safe to say I’m NEVER going back.

I’ve lived in Laveen now for 3 years always had to drive out to Avondale to get my nails and pedi. Found this little gem and fell in love. Great prices. Clean and quiet. Ideal nail salon for me and my sister.
