You know I give honest reviews based on personal experience to better inform my viewers. This Pizza Hut must be a Franchise as it was not the great experience I normally receive from a TRUE Pizza Hut restaurant. First, my girlfriend ordered a Large 1 topping pizza trying to use a $5.99 coupon which expires in April. The cashier couldn't identify which month it expired and called the manager who couldn't find it in their system. They explained that it must be for a franchise only to use. It stated it was for Pizza Hut LLC. I gather their restaurant must be a franchise Pizza Hut. I ordered a carry out special only and they couldn't use my roommate's phone number who has a Pizza Hut account so I had to give them my phone number. 10 minutes later I went into the Pizza Hut to see if my order was ready as it showed ready on their screen
I inquired if my pizza was ready and was told no. I waited 3 minutes more and then asked again as the manager came to the front. The manager looked inside the warmer and said here is your pizza. She apologized but still my pizza was ready and the employee didn't even know where to look to find it. I highly suggest re-training your employees and considering customer service as a factor when your competitor, Dominos, is literally 2 blocks away from you. I might order again from them to give them a second chance. We will see.

We were given terrible customer service. We came in with a coupon that didn't have any location exclusions. They refused to honor it. The person at the register asked me what date it was to see if it was still valid. My boyfriend ordered immediately after me and our pizzas were done at the same time. Mine was handed to me, but when he had to go to the counter to inquire about his, was told it wasn't ready. The screen tracker showed that it was ready. When another associate came to the register, I asked if his pizza was ready. She checked the SAME area and said, oh it is here.

I live about 2.5 miles from this location, but they won’t deliver to us. I was trying to grab a quick convenient dinner for myself and my kids. Seems weird that they wouldn’t cater to the neighborhood that they have set up their business in. Not sure who they are trying to get business from. But it’s not the residents in the colony. Will be ordering delivery from Dominoes from now on.

Ordered the pizza at 10 pm on a Thursday night. Received it at 1108. Over an hour! Then the pizza was barely like warm and most definitely like it had been sitting around. We’ve worked for dominos and know the ins and out.. as well as how it takes 7-9 minutes to cook a pizza in those ovens. Google maps shows less than a mile from the store to our door. Will definitely be reaching out to management tomorrow on this. There’s a reason why we haven’t had it in years. Do yourself a favor and take the advice of other reviews and go elsewhere.
