I got an sns manicure and it looks bad and bulky. The woman who did it filed off the side of my nail to the skin causing it to bleed. She also made my cuticle bleep 3 times. Would not recommend.

I got a parrafin manicure and spa pedicure with hot towel and stone massage. The man who performed my service cut the corners of my toenail on my big toes resulting in pain in both toes. I'm praying I don't get ingrown toe nails now as a result of this. They also use a drill instead of a file on the top of your nails and toe nails. I didn't have any gel or shellac removed: just my normal nails. My technician should've used the nail file to protect the nail beds. A good technician works to promote healthy nail beds. He didn't do this. The nails look great but both of my big toe nails hurt. They also don't utilize new nail files with each customer. The files used on my friend and I were clearly used on previous customers. I won't be returning.

I have visited this salon about 4 times. I work close and they location is convenient. My last trip will be my absolute last trip. I had ankle surgery and am in a heavy boot and wanted to be pampered at least on one foot. I also got my SNS nails replaced. The tech that did my pedicure spent less than 15 minutes on my pedicure on my one foot and I was charged for a full pedicure. I feel that if I was going to be charged full price I should have gotten more time spent - like if he was doing a pedicure on both feet. The tech who replaced my SNS nails left quite a bit of the old base and my nails have bumps in them and are not even. I was not given lotion on my hands or feet. This has resulting in my manicure/pedicure looking old and not fresh. It looks about 2 weeks old. My SNS nails are also very thick and look terrible. I was charged $65 for this. I feel very taken advantage of. won't go back. I thought about calling but the staff doesn't appear to care about their clients and they probably won't do anything anyway. Don't go. Or, if you do, I hope you get better service than I did. I have never left fully happy from this salon but this last time was the worst.
