Best T-Mobile Branch I ever visited in Jersey. They new exactly what to do and how to help me. Done in 10 minutes getting my screen protector replaced. As soon as they realized they didn't have it in store, they immediately informed me they will help me order it online. I didn't even have to suggest that. They even offered to bring my phone once the protector arrived and they will install it.
For T-Mobile support. Go to this store or the one in Newport Centre. Avoid the Hudson Mall branch and save yourself from frustrating and lazy service.

Awesome team at T-Mobile store I was ready to switch to Verizon due to customer services over the phone! But the team resolved my problem — thanks again

CONS
1. As a New Customer I was not offered a Complimentary Face Mask. Even when I asked for one after spending over $300.00 on a New Phone and Mobile Eccessories, I was informed that Face Masks are for Non Pre Paid Customers. Perhaps, T Mobile Corporate needs to CHANGE that and offer Comp Face Masks to New Customers as well.
PROS
1. Spacious Environment.
2. BOSE devices are available for purchasing.
3. Friendly Staff.
