This is the worst hotel ever. It is so dirty and no security at all anyone from the street can go into the hotel. We got there and the sheets on the bed were completely stained it was so gross. When to the front desk and asked for clean sheets. Never again will I stay here.

I gave one star cause that’s the only way to comment. I would not step foot in this establishment again. I called two days prior to get a room. I asked for a special check in and check out times. They young lady on the phone was able to accommodate me (so I thought). Upon arriving there was no o e at desk was kind of dark. Husband rang bell and an older man comes out from back. He hands me a paper and ask me to fill out. Basic personal info name address phone etc. well he then goes to say check out will be at 11 am. I explained to him that upon making reservation I requested a later check out time. The man who gets nasty now States now you pay more. His words not mine again I stated he should honor what’s in my confirmation he gets nasty so my husband States we will go look somewhere. I tear the paper (still in my hands) that has all my personal info on it this makes the man so angry and starts screaming at me My husband then tells tutu’s man first of all don’t yell at my wife second there was a reason we asked for these times and asked to be accommodated. He still yell says something my husband says I am call corporate the man says I do t care call I will get another job and then turns computer telling me I have your information anyway. If it wasn’t for my husbands self control I would have most likely been bailing him out. The worker was so outrageously nasty. I had a family of 6 w me and we where more than 3 hours from home. We had no choice but to find a room we did at days inn who was not only able to give us a room and accommodate us last minute. The rooms where clean staff super friendly and amazingly helpful. I did call corporate and will follow up on this situation as I am still mad as hell from the way I was treated.

Ok for one night. The non smoking rooms smelled like smoking rooms.

Wouldn't let us stay, called for reservation, said we could bring our cat charged extra, but when we got there they said no.
