I had come in and asked if she had time to do a gel pedicure. She said yes take a seat. I sat for 30 minutes while she worked on another clients nails (and was going really slow...looking at pictures...for 15 minutes she didnt do anything on the nails and was just laughing) and a man was cleaning the other pedicure bowls. Then he came over and washed my feet. He then was pointing for me to remove my own polish - he didn't speak very clear english but showed me what to do while he got started on two ladies who just had walked in. So he had my rip off my old gel (never had done that before and was odd I had to do that at a nail salon) then he proceeded to walk around after he was done getting the other ladies going. At this point I had been there 1.5 hours. I politely said "I'm sorry to interrupt but how much longer for my pedicure I have been here an hour and a half and just have to get going soon" and the woman rudely came over and said "You never said you were in a big rush!" to which I told her I wasn't in a rush but it had never taken that long before. She didn't file my nails or trim cuticles just slopped on gel polish with no gel base and rested the gel light on my leg she raised her voice and said if you want to get out of here quit moving! When she was done I said thank you and she said nothing...so I said thank you I really appreciate it (even louder) because I did appreciate her at least trying to make it right by coming right over and she said I heard you the first time....which was so rude....then I went to pay and she charged me an extra $5 for needing "rush" work....it was 2 hours total that I was there...and she was SO RUDE. I would never recommend anyone to this salon. On top of it my nails look HORRIBLE one toe there is a just a dot of polish...literally one dot. there is more natural nail showing than there is polish on the toe.

I camebin at 10:15 and asked if she could do a pedicure. She said no, to come back at 11:00. I came back at 11:00. I sat with my feet soaking for 30 minutes while she worked on the same gal she was working on the first time I went in. This is not the first time it’s happened. I don’t mind coming back, but be ready if that’s the time that you’re saying you’ll be ready. She does not care, at all, about the value of people’s time.

Horrible customer service. I walked in to an empty salon and was ignored. When I asked for a pedi/mani I was pointed to the back. A man then started, with removing polish, scrubbing my feet and massaging. When he was done he put a warm towel on and walked away. I’ve now been there for an hour so I spoke up asking if my toes were going to get done. The man yelled at the lady in front and still waiting. I finally said something again. She spun in her chair and stormed over. Cut my nails quickly, a quick file and reached for the nail polish. Seriously didn’t clean or trim cuticles, or clean under nails etc. I said something and she was snarky. Proceeded to dig under nails with a sharp tool. And then painted. I have not only had such a horrible incomplete pedicure. But I have never been treated so poorly. She then asked about my mani. I said nope. No thanks! I have no idea how it’s still in business. She really needs to find a new profession.

Best foot pedi - made an appt but had to wait 1/2 hour. It was worth it but dont be in a rush.

I called and made an appt. for 12:30, showed up on my lunch break and she was half way through an acrylic set with someone else. After waiting about 15 minutes, I politely let her know that I was on my lunch break and asked if I should make another appt. She let the other lady wait while she very quickly applied gel on my nails
