I was in the store one evening and I over heard a manager talking to an employee in a condescending way for no apparent reason. I didn't say anything but listened. I looked at the name tag of the manager and it was a Juli or July, it started with J if I remember correctly. It seemed that there was a power struggle going on.

I received the best help from a young lady the day I was in Joann's. I wish I could remember her name. The gal was young, blond hair longer and was so helpful. Hope to see her again

They have so much stuff! If you need something for crafting they must have it!

It's pretty clean and easy to navigate. There just seems to not be as much product as usual and it's a little harder to find employees (besides the cashiers who are great from my experience).
