I can't say enough about how kind these people are! I have been getting my hair cut and colored at Cost Cutters off and on for years, and, for the money, I've been satisfied. The last six months I've requested the same stylist because she does a great job with the color technique I wanted. All that said, what made me write this review is I went in this morning with my newborn to get a trim. I thought she would sleep for the 30 or so minutes it would take. She didn't. And the women were so helpful and understanding and kind! It made what could have been a really stressful situation for a first time mom stress-free - and my hair looks so much better now, too!

They didn't do my beard well and washing hear was bad!

I got there and was able to get a chair immediately, I asked for a specific cut. The Fade I asked for that she stated could do well was not blended nor did it match on either side of my head. The line up was crooked. Definitely will not go back.

should not even 1 start
BIG MISTAKE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE !!!
I got a "haircut" with Kristen, now looks like a "bowl cut", she think that she is a professional, please send her again to the college.
outside is snowing and when she finish, she doesn't have a courtesy the a least dry a little bit my hair.
i'm writing this review as WARNING to the other people.
DON'T WASTE THE TIME AND MONEY, AND YOUR HAIR. STAY AWAY!
