I often see reviews on websites/online retailers that cover only positive experiences or every day encounters. Our salon went to make a purchase with Nail Tech Supply on a long awaited product. Thanks to Mastercard trying to protect us from fraudulent charges our account was charged 4 times, holding the $, but the transactions failed. You might ask why 5 stars then?? Because ratings are not just about what goes right but what a company/business does when things go wrong. Nail Tech Supply did the right thing with the right attitude and resolved a difficult frustrating situation properly and promptly. That is 5 star customer service. That is what I am reviewing, their customer service. Their ecommerce solution is not 5 star. But, as long as they can get it right at the end, that is all that matters.
