I had been going to the same nail place for 7 years, since I moved to Houston back in 2010. Mid last year (2017) quality dropped and I looked for a new one. I found cloud nine, it's nice clean and they are supper friendly. Service is great and they offer a lot of different things. I I came back mid last year and I've kept coming since.

I paid for a manicure and pedicure and a design for my adult daughter's birthday which totalled $40 dollars. She came home and showed me her nails which were not completely polished to the cuticle. I called to the nail salon and the son said, come back in and we will fix it. We get there and the mother is there, I went with my daughter for support, I left and met back up with my daughter, they redid the nails, but refused to do her feet over to match her nails. I went back in there to talk to the mother and ask why they didnt do her toes also, and why would they charge her $10.00 to do her toes. As God is my witness she would not let me talk after she had explained why they wanted to charge 10.00 cause it was a different color. Her nails were painted red originally, but this time they allowed them to be painted blue. Then the owner/mother pointed to all the customers and said they have to pay too. I wanted to talk quietly to not make a scene, but she made the scene and I repeat would not let me talk after me listening to her reasons for the extra charge. I am not in a good position financially and this was the first time in a long time to give.my daughter a special gift. The polish also started to come off the next day. I will never go back there again. Avoid this place. You don't belittle the customers that help your business.

They have messed up my eyebrows. Never going there again. Disappointed

Worst nail job ever, she refused to give me the color I wanted because it wouldn't match my pedicure.. But I wear boots to work,I'm the only one who looks at my toes. On top of this, she didn't file or buff my nails, they were all different shapes and different lengths and different opacity. I had to get home and redo them myself because they all looked lumpy and ugly.

I am not happy my nails mess up and my eyebrows too cost me 70 dollar I am so pissed off I will never come back again
