Love this place! I started getting the dip and I have to say it’s worth the price! The salon is very clean and everyone there is very friendly. I usually go to Linda, she’s the best and gets my nails the way I like them every time!

Wasn’t busy when my sister and i arrived. Lady told us 30 minutes wait and said it was okay to wait in the car and come back. When we came back, everyone who came in after us were already getting their nails done. After complaining, they were very dismissive. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes, we saw more issues they were having with other costumers. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Amazing experience. I would highly recommend. I drove 30 minutes here because a friend had recommended the place and absolutely everything was worth it. The service was amazing and I got an eyebrow wax and a French dip nail manicure for $40! My manicure lasted for a full month and probably would have lasted more if I had left them. My eyebrows have never looked better and the customer service was above and beyond. I couldn’t help but review VIP Nails because it’s the best nail salon I have ever been to.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After 15 years of not doing my nails I decided to get a set and went to this “new” salon VIP Nails.
First red flag was the long wait. I intended on getting a set of acrylic nails however they talked me into the dip nails (of course didn’t mention the price difference). I picked my color off their nail wheel and 3/4 of the way through the application process i noticed it was the wrong color, the nail wheel was mislabeled! I didn’t want a new set and was crystal clear when telling the technician my nails are brittle and thin and I didn’t want them sanded down again. They can barely understand English and did the opposite of what I asked. My nail technician was all over the store with interruptions, answering the phone, helping incoming customers, checking people out and rushing. It was so frustrating!! The end result was 3 hours wasted, sanded down bleeding cuticles and a few crooked nails!!! The kicker was I still had to pay full price! Never ever again will i step foot in this place not to mention bring my sister, mother, cousin etc! So disappointed!

I've been coming here since their grand opening and it was very good. Owner and staff are all very friendly and their skills are great! However, recently its been going downhill. At first, they kept making me wait for about 30 mins even after I had made my appointment. The second time when I came in for my appointment, they didn't even have me in books and made me wait for a really long time with my 6 yr old daughter. Finally, I came in for my appointment again and had me wait 30mins for my pedicure and after that was done, they had me waiting another 30+ mins to get my nails done. I ended up leaving without getting my nails done. I was not about to spend 3hrs at a nail salon on a Sunday afternoon. I'm very disappointed that it never worked out, but they've just become very disorganized and seems like they can't keep track of their appointments anymore. I ended up finding another place that also has the dipping powder and they got me in out fast. Sorry, VIP! I won't be back for a while.
