My family and I have loved living here. All of our neighbors are wonderful, and the area is peaceful with beautiful sunsets.The school system is wonderful for young kids which I have. My wife takes the train to work, and having it so close is most convenient. A+

The main issue with this complex is the management. I have had multiple issues and REPORTED it to them, and they continue to push the problems off to other people instead of handling it themselves. I’ve been renting apartments for 8 years now and I’ve never dealt with such horrible service. The super is AMAZING, he is a true hard-worker and always there to help, but the leasing office doesn’t help with anything- even if they say they’re looking into it, don’t be fooled, they’re not.. it’s a shame. The units are SO expensive for NJ apartments as well. The halls REEK of marijuana and the leasing office does NOTHING about it. Please save yourself the headache, and look elsewhere.

I just recently moved out from the link, I lived here temporarily while waiting only repairs for my other apartment from a fire. I must say it was so hard to leave, and it would definitely be a first choice in the future if needed. The ladies
in the front office were sweet, and Donna took good care of me and was very empathetic during such a fragile time in my life. Andrew who does the maintenance was also
Very helpful to me; one time I locked myself out after hours and his beautiful wife so graciously called him for me with no problem and he came
Immediately. He’s was happy to help me every time I needed him for and thing in the apartment big or small. For this reason I will definitely recommend this place to anyone, and not the mention the convenience of the train..Thank you all for everything! Deavin

I cam e to visit the property several times with my wife. The team here made sure to to make us feel welcome and accommodate us every time we came in. It's a great property with nice amenities, our point of contact, Brenda answered all of our questions and took the time to guide us through the initial process. I recommend anyone looking to rent to visit Link at Aberdeen Station for an opportunity to experience true customer service.

We have nothing but great things to say about this complex. The front office staff (Donna and Brenda) are amazing, friendly, helpful, and informed!!! My husband and I moved in early December and we love the community. It is unbelievably convenient for the train station to be located right next door. True God send. The area is wonderful, close to everything (parkway, 34, 35, stores, etc). Great price considering this is NJ. We couldn't have asked for more as we start this new chapter of our lives. Lol we have some noisy neighbors upstairs but can't hear anything going on with our neighbors to the left and right. Overall, wonderful wonderful! Can't wait to experience the complex during the warmer months.
