Sad to say, but I lived there for almost 5 years & the worst was the last year I was there. After the renovations, we all had far more problems than we started with (structural, pests, safety, etc.) I'm thankful for the stepping stone that it was & I LOVED my neighbors; but I was blessed to be able to improve my living situation & I HAD to.

What’s going on that y’all can’t answer the phone? I’m homeless with my kids and y’all not trying to help those in need. I’m always being sent to voicemail

Way more speed bumps than necessary. Hard to navigate the street because of all the temporary fencing.

They made alot of changes not saying there perfect but it's whatever u make it, I'm just thankful I have a roof over me and my family's head.

Rolling Bend or Etheridge Apartment
Rat, roach, bed bug infested! If you like project type of living, then you might like it. One percent employment rate, kids, kids, kids, more kids! Drugs, partying, hanging out, walking all day, and night, murders, senseless crime! Task force come out to most calls here! No peace! Break-in's, car theft. Doesn't matter if you mind your business, or not!
