They overcharge for gel polish and a toenail polish change. The worst part is they practice the annoying art of not letting you know ahead of time how much the service is going to be. I had to go on a Sunday emergently because my regular shop is closed on Sundays. Subsequently I thought it would be the same price or close to for what I pay for at my regular place. It was not I was charged at least $25 more for the same exact service and it wasn't even so great. if they just expect you to add it up in your head from what's printed on the wall prices that's ridiculous they need to start telling how much it's going to be when you ask for what you want.

I took my niece for her 6th bday.The service was great & the ladies that did our nails were awesome. My only complaint was the pricing 27 for a no frills pedicure & 60 for my nails I got ombre dip they are beautiful but I had to even them out with a file when I got home & 37 for my niece's mani pedi. Definitely not somewhere I can afford to go to often but if u can the service is great.

Han is great! She did a fantastic job on my nails, just the way I asked. Offered coffee or tea as well. Very attentive and remembered my daughter and I when I returned. Also gave me her cell to text her next time I needed service.
I got a full gel set with short white tips. My daughter got a mani/pedi with gel paint on toes. I paid $120 including tip. The only issue was how cold it was in there for bare feet. They need those little foot heaters to run while people's toes are drying.

Seriously one of the best experiences I have had with a nail place, and I am picky! Han was so accommodating! I dropped in 30 minutes before closing wanting a full set and she offered me a cup of tea and told me to take my time picking a color. She knew the names of her other clients and made a point to get mine. I never felt rushed at all and my nails turned out beautiful! She obviously values her clients and loves her work.
