I have had great experiences at this office.
Any and all staff are helpful and friendly.
I want to awknowlege Alicia for her going over and beyond to make my really bad day better.
My phone wasn't working and I needed to make a couple really important calls. She offered me to use her phone. Wow, that is customer service!
I know I thanked her but she'll never know how much that helped me that day.
So if you are looking for a great medical office, this place is outstanding and friendly!

Dr.Blanchard took the time to listen to my problem and found out what is causing my pain...after 6months and several Doctors later! I am glad to have found this office and finally feel confident on my future

The doctor was amazing and solved a problem that other doctors had been unable to solve. I thought I was going to have to live in pain forever. I was very thankful. HOWEVER, I did not like how they discuss your bill with you when you check out. There are other people around and it really seems inappropriate to discuss that publicly in such a way. Nobody needs to know my balance or what my payment arrangements are with you. I understand they need to collect their mo at but don't do that to people's dignity. There are other ways to handle it

Dr. Graebner is so nice! She really cares about her patients and takes the time to explain in words you can understand, what your diagnosis is and the best treatment. The entire staff gets an A+ from me! I never write reviews, but this Podiatrist office is the BEST! Every time you visit, they greet you by name. They are professional and courteous and don't treat you like a number, but like a human being.
