Couple things... I only go to this shop because it’s convenient, being it’s close to my house. But I’m going to stop that after today.... every time I go to this shop, my nails come out horrible. They don’t take their time, they rush things, and customer service is bad. A no chip manicure on natural nails are 25$....a soak off is 5$....One of the older ladies there told me it was 35$... this is not the first time I’ve been over charged here.. so I told her about her prices and she told me “ok 30$”. It takes only about 20 minutes to soak off nails however it took her an hour to get back to me and finish because she did someone’s medi and pedi. I understand if you’re busy so multitasking is great, however, something should’ve been stated and I shouldn’t be lied to saying 5 more minutes when it’s well over 30 Minutes after the 20 that it should take! My nails are not shaped properly, very uneven, just awful. I would much prefer to spend money elsewhere! And I hope you all do too. One more thing! As I was waiting an entire hour in the chair for her to get back to me from doing someone else’s mani and pedi *even though I was there first* someone was getting their eye lashes done...they do not use lash glue. They use hair glue. It’s very unprofessional and causes harm to your lashes and skin. Hair glue is meant for hair. Not eye lashes. I know of people that use hair glue for their lashes but in a professional setting like this, it is frowned upon and very bad.

Ok bc y’all is extremely annoying n wanna steady sneak diss ghe but when someone confronts u you don’t wanna say nun . The nails y’all do pop off like Walmart nails 🤮🤚🏽

Nice staff did a good job my first time there. Price wasn't to bad it was busy on Monday. 30 minutes to be waited on it was clean store.

I had only used the service here 4 a short time 3 visit Linda has been my nail technician and so far I have been satisfied with her work.
