I wish they took appointments. They fixed a set of nails done elsewhere, which were lovely and appreciated; but when I went back in to get one nail fixed I waited 45 minutes before I ended up leaving :/ first come first served makes sense but people who came in after me were seated before I was.

Got my eye lashes extensions on yesterday & I noticed that it was cricket af! So today, a big junk came off. They made my eyes super irritated Bc of the glue they use. They don’t even use the proper tools for lashes. THEY’RE RIPPING YOU ALL & I OFF. They use glue from any store to glue the extension on your eye lid. The extensions isn’t even with your real lashes. It’s right above it on the lid. Anyways, I am very disappointed and won’t recommend it to anyone. This is why it only takes 30minutes for them to get it done Bc theyre using glue. My first time and last time here.

Been seeing Violet for manis and brows since moving here in 2014 and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. &Tony with the pedicures always going above and beyond. Wish I could pack them in my suitcase but I’ll definitely be back for my visits to Anchorage. 🥰

I tried to show him the shape and width of what I wanted and he brushed me off. Wouldn't look at pictures. Complained constantly about my nails too short (they're literally the same length I always have the). He kept trying to push me into acrylics (which are terrible for my nails). He left chunks all over my fingers and I have chipped nails not 24 hours of having them done. I've gone to this place for years but I'm completely done.

Without waiting, they tell me to wash my hand, and the guy straight up just doing my nail without consulting what service I want. He also didn't say the price beforehand.
As I'm asking questions to get to know what he's doing, he told me that he's an experienced professional with 20+ years of experience, so I expected a high level of professionalism.
I then show him a photo of ideas I want. He took a photo and started doing my nail without asking me what I want. Fast forward to the end, they used a toothpick to create the petals of the flower with a chunk of nail polish. It doesn't even look like the flower I wanted, and he's like, "you have a small hand, so it doesn't need as much color."
I wasn't mad, but he did ruin the flower. He could have told me that he can't do it and to move on to the next design. He also need to start asking his customer what they want before starting the session and if he can't do anything he could straight up tell the truth—and not ruined the hard work that he just put in the last 1 hour.
