I came in for my 15,000 mile maintenance appointment. Everyone in the service department greeted me immediately, and I was able to discuss a couple of other issues that I was having with my car. As I waited for my car, the serviceman kept me in the loop as to what was going on. They fixed everything quickly, and I was on my way soon after. I was comfortable in their lounge while waiting - even grabbed half of a bagel (greatly appreciated since I ran out of the house without having had breakfast) from the basket provided. Will be back again...

Every couple of months they send me a letter with a trade in value for my car. Even if my car was in PERFECT condition fetching that kinda trade in value for it is unbelievably high. So I decided one day to stop in and ask about it, the sleaze man salesman was purposefully not answering any of my questions and started to walk me out the door because of all the questions he couldn’t answer, wouldn’t even let me look at a new car, I thought we had been going away from the time of sleazy car salesman but this place clearly still employs salesmen from the 1990’s.

I recently purchased a 2020 Tuscon at this dealership and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Angie was such an incredible help throughout the entire process!! She made sure everything went smoothly and that it was a stress and pressure free experience for me! I got an incredible deal on an incredible car from an incredible saleswoman! The process of getting my new vehicle was fast and painless. Frankie and Andy were able to get me a great rate on my new car. Frankie showed me all the features of the car as well.

Panda is the man! Very efficient! He was very helpful and not in the least bit pushy. Great experience! This was the second car we have bought from them and both times have been great!
