They're very dirty the individual desks they use , are nasty makes me wonder. then they wash the utilities that they use just cheap soap and water and put it in a little bag and pretend to be in the oven to sterilize them. They should be sanitized with a solution but they are not . They double dip the stick for your eyebrows. I got burned one time for my eyebrows and I said ouch and she acted like she nothing happened. Didn't even say I'm sorry. The manager b****** too much about little things. They need to be inspected. Look at their bathroom nasty. You want to go to a clean environment, it shows that they care. And I've gone there several times trying to give it a try, no more no more no more...

The lady that was doing my nails was so doing the in a rush the i told her the nail was croocked and she got mad and said ok but don’t complain anymore and the after math of my nails was awful

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. One of the employees was attending me and then she left to attend someone else when SHE WASN'T EVEN DONE HELPING ME. She had me waiting a long time and I just ended walking out. Very frustrating.

Went here because my Normal place was closed on a holiday. I Had a good experience despite the reviews. Pedicure felt wonderful and was done very well although The place is too hot inside and they are a bit slow.

Horrible experience!! Waited 45 minutes after being told it would be 15min. Picked my color and during the dip powder I notice the color is much more pink than I asked for. After mentioning it to the tech I was told the color would look darker after the gel. It didn't... showed them the color I picked and serial # just for them to tell me "ups one of the technicians probably mixed 2 colors that where running out" "it's ok it look good" was offered to get my nails dipped one more time over that color with something darker. Yup never going back. $35 for dip powder on short natural nails. 😒😒😒
