Upon entering this establishment, the owner treated us in a curt and abrupt manner. We asked her how much a pedicure would be for my daughter and I and she said "45, now pick a color". I asked for a minute because I wanted to double check with my regular nail place to make sure I wasn't over paying. While I was on the phone, she was standing entirely too close to me. She rudely told an elderly women to hurry up and pick a color so she can wait to not be serviced. When the lady asked how long the wait would be, the owner said " just wait!" My regular place said 35 and I decided that it wasn't too bad of an up charge and plus I was in a rush. As soon as I hung up the lady rudely told me " just so you know it's 45 everywhere. Pick a color". I let that comment slide. The nail tech did our pedicures nicely and we both decided to get a manicure as well. My nail tech went on a break so a new person did my hands and the same person did my daughters. When it was time to pay, I gave a four dollar tip to each person who did our manicures only, because I could not find the tech who did my feet. When I was paying the lady said " where's the tip?" I said I gave it to the people already and she said " No! I handle the tip". At this point she called over her employee and made her fish in her pocket to retract the tip I already gave to her and the owner said " how much is this??? It has to be 20% minimum each. You have to give more". This was the first time in my life that anyone has demanded I leave a tip. I am still in shock and appalled at the audacity of this lady to question how much tip I should leave and how rudely she deals with her customers. If you value customer service and respect, DO NOT COME HERE.

The staff membrts are outstanding and the nail service is clean. There’s a wait on certain nighta because it power nails are worth it!

I been going to this place for a year now. I always had great service except today. The owner lady was very rude and disrespectful. I went in for a powder gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure lady didn't do anything and she was done with my pedicure within 5 mins. I asked her can you please cut my nails a little bit and then she went ahead and did it. I had great service with my powder gel manicure lady. The thing with this place, it's gets busier, then they leave you and go help other customers and mean while they pass you to different people to get your nails done. It's like 3 people doing manicure and pedicure. I went to the front to pay for my service, there was another customer who was getting a wax done and I heard the owner asking her Give tip $6.00, the customer gave her $3.00 and she said oh wow, it's low and the customer said she had the worst service. I paid for mine, and the owner said give me tip, don't say anything and I will give it to everyone. First time ever after going there for a year I complained I said please only give $2.00 to the pedicure lady because I had a bad service. She said if you had bad service "don't come here anymore". I said really. Thank you so much and walked out. Whenever I get my service done, this lady owner always asks me can you give me extra $1 on top of my tip which I usually give $20.00 for 4 people because she had favoritism. I had a worst service today. Very upsetting. Not recommended

This place used to be my go-to until recently. The owner has started taking tips at the end when I pay for my services which makes me pretty uncomfortable. I have a feeling she divides the tips among all the employees at the end of the day, which I don't think is fair. Plus, I'd rather know that my tip is going straight into my technician's pocket.
During my last (and final) visit here, I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. Usually, I have no problems with either but this time I felt the gel manicure was very rushed and I wasn't given enough time to dry my nails in between coats. I guess my instincts were right because a couple of my nails starting chipping not after only /two days/. Ridiculous for a gel manicure!! My pedicure also felt rushed which was disappointing because I was so looking forward to giving my feet the attention they deserve after weeks of waitressing. Also, what happened to the complimentary shoulder massages?? Is that no longer a service??
I still gave a good tip to each of my technicians because I work in a tip dependent industry and I'm not cold-hearted, but this is definitely the last time I'll be coming here.

Very rude manager n poor customer service!!! I went to get a pedicure around 11am and it was going well until more customers started to arrived. It turned into a race of who could turn over their clients the fastest. The girl started rushing, polished all over because she couldn't keep a steady hand while watching the front door. She didn't buff my souls properly, didn't massage the legs like the others did, and my feet were so ashy. Then to add insult as if I weren't a paying customer, the owner gave me a hand full of singles when I went to pay. She demanded that I gave her tip for the girl. I told her no I will give it to her myself. That's because she needed to put a top coat on the toes she messed up and wasn't getting a tip if she didn't. The girl did it and I reluctantly gave her a tip. Before I could walk away the owner asked the girl if I tipped her in Spanish. I understood, so I loudly replied for her. So RUDE!!!! That was surly my last time there. Needless to say when I got home, I realized she didn't even give my nails the square she I asked for.
