I have been to this nail shop several times before and have not had any problems. I went in there on Friday had a male that I had never seen there before do my no chip mani and pedicure. Got home and the polished chipped really bad. I go back on Saturday to have them redone and the lady there just took a little polish off and polished over the same polish. Of course it chipped again Saturday night. I didn’t have time to go back on Sunday went on Monday and they was closed. So when I went on Tuesday had pictures with the times and all and they was trying to get me to pay more money. And then one of the employees gonna tell me that they don’t have time to keep doing my nail that they could only fix one time. I will never be coming back to this place again. There is no way that no chip should have kept chipping within hours.

I really think Google needs to invent NO STARS because this is exactly what they should get. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old. I know the difference between acrylic, gel and SNS or Dip Nails. I came into the the shop and asked for a pedicure and SNS...they called it Dip Nails. What I received was a painful pedicure and acrylic nails. I wanted a nyde color for my DIP NAILS. They did not have that. Instead he led me to believe that he was gonna try a different color that would come out a little on the soft pink side which was fine. When he started he pulled out the acrylic I told him immediately that is NOT what I wanted and he proceeded to tell me it was the same thing. I told him it was not the same thing and that he should not charge me for Dip Nails when I am receiving acrylic. When he finished I asked who the manager or owner was. He said the manager was sitting next to me. I proceeded to speak with the manager and tell him its extremely unprofessional to not listen to the customers wishes and give them what they want instead of what the customer is paying for. I proceeded to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I should not be paying for services that I did not receive. He began to tell me that he heard what I asked for and I told the guy acrylic. So basically he was calling me a liar. I havent had acrylic on my nails in 20+ years. He then proceeds to tell me that if I didnt like it I could go somewhere else. This was AFTER he had already charged my card. Well sir you are absolutely right. I can go somewhere else but I can also make sure that no one patronizes your business again. First stop Capital One. Next stop health department. You picked the wrong one to talk crazy to.

Nail tech told me.my toes we're dry and they weren't when I got home my polish was not right but he did a great job on my hands and the treatment of my feet was great during my pedicure

Don’t waist your time or money this place is horrible I had to go back twice because my no chip polish chipped the next day then the ignorant lady act like she didn’t do my nails and the service was horrible never again!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I WENT WITH MY SISTERS AND MY NIECE YESTERDAY AND THE SERVICE IS LESS THAN MEDIOCRE. THE WORKERS DID OUR PEDICURES IN 12 MINUTES, THEY CANT POLISH, FILE OR PROPERLY APPLY ACRYLIC OR GEL. THEY RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTIONS WITH A YES NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU’RE ASKING. THEY DONT EVEN SAY THANKS FOR USING OUR SERVICE TODAY. I HAD TO FILE AND SHAPE MY OWN NAILS AFTER LEAVING AND IM SURE MY NAILS WILL LIFT IN ABOUT 2 DAYS. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
