I normally don’t review people but I really have to leave a review here. I do not recommend coming here on a Sunday as staff is extremely low compared to how busy it is. The place is beautiful but the customer service does not match the beauty it displays. I ended up going to another salon in the same shopping center and the customer service was a 100 times better. I would do research prior because my experience was not a pleasant one.

Today was the first and last time I go to this place. I went to relax and instead I was frustrated because the nail tech Lee did the crappiest job. First, he didn’t clean them correctly. I saw the ladies on both sides doing the same things like putting cuticle oil and their clients feet. This guy skipped that step. Then he didn’t buff my nails, he barely touched my feet with the scrubber. He made me bleed and it was painful. I kept telling him to stop doing certain things. At the end my legs and feet were still wet because this jerk kept a wet towel on them and under them. Never again!!!

***UPDATE as of 3/30*** The manager reached out to me and offered to fix the issues with my nails. She even found issues I hadn't spotted and fixed them all. Customer service is above all else appreciated and can move mountains. I will definitely return.
This is my 2nd time going to this salon. The first time was wonderful. The tech was pleasant, professional, chatty and extremely talented. My nails were so good they lasted 6 weeks!! This time, though. The original tech is no longer working there and the tech that replaced her was only chatty with her co-workers, despite my attempts to have a conversation. I have dips in my nails and rough edges. When I pointed out one very obvious snag, there was no audible response. She just picked the file back up and re-filed ALL of my nails, and there are still catches in the edges. I'll try one more time, but at the moment, I'm a bit disappointed.

Sury does such an amazing job on my nails and I like that she takes her time to make sure my nails are exactly what I want.
Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure as well.
I love the fact that they use some vegan and cruelty free products, I enjoy supporting a business that uses products like that.

I love this salon. It’s close to my house and the perfect place to stop on my way home from work! The salon is always clean and everyone is so friendly! I get SNS and gel, and I’m never disappointed. And sometimes I go on Saturdays and sip mimosas while I’m being pampered! 😊
