My first time in this salon. It was clean and I was greeted at the door. It wasn't packed, yet I waited 35 min. before I received my pedicure. Then a pipe burst and the scent of sewage took everything to elevated moment. My attendant was the manager, she tried to be pleasant. But her focus was on the plumbing. Understandable. Fast forward. ..... I can't say the wait was worth it. Although I waited 35 min. And an additional 20 minutes once I was seated. I just wasn't impressed. Would I go back...maybe if I cracked in case of an emergency.

Pathetic. Worst. Pedicure. Ever. Did not even want to cut or file my toenails. No massage, only light pressure rubbing while gazing out the window the whole time. Don't waste your money.

I'm from Miami, Florida, and my friend and I came here for the first time a month ago when we were visiting. It was the best nail salon experience we've ever had. Everyone was very genuine and kind. I normally don't get my nails done often but I think I might just have to drive all the way to Mobile every time I want to get them done now. So worth the drive, time, and money! I can't wait to visit again! A definite 5 stars from me! Next time I'll bring all of my friends to see you guys! Keep up the good work, and I'll see you in a few weeks.

Im new to mobile and i found my new go to place! They are friendly. They take care of you right away. They make you feel like home. They do wonderful work. I highly recommend them. You won't regret it

Seriously one the best salons I've been to. Great service, nice people, friendly environment, and more than enough options (colors and types of services) for me. They're so nice to me even though I can't afford to tip very much. That's got to be the most comforting thing. I love getting my nails done, but I honestly can't afford it. But whenever I get the chance to go, I always come here. I'm not just paying for the great service, this place is the total package. I suggest Lily's Nails to everyone.
