I ALWAYS love getting my manicures & pedicures here.. and John is the only person there that I want to do them he does an excellent job and i can understand him and he me very well. Very nice and does a great job..Thanks so much John!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Went last Sunday to have a pedicure and fill on my acrylic nails. My friend came with me to get a manicure pedicure- no acrylics. The pedicurist ran the foot bath full of water that was so hot it scalded my feet, and when I told her she just ran it full of more scalding water. The woman who did my nail fill scraped my fingers multiple times with the tool they use to shape acrylics- her booth was also DISGUSTING. She did not say a word to me although she was busy talking to other people the entire time, and when she finished shaping my nails they were crooked, which I pointed out. She painted my nails quickly and there were bubbles in the clear coat by the time she finished. 2 days later I have an infection in my thumb from the scratches she gave me and her dirty tools, and I am considering complaining about Rose Nails to the state licensing board. No discount was offered despite my feet getting burned and my fingers being scratched. Staff were rude, acted like they didn't understand english, and just made demands and ordered customers around the salon. My friend's natural nails are also already chipped and cracked after 2 days! Complete waste of time and money...they charged us $90! Save yourself the trouble and go to Greenville! We will NEVER be going back.

They did a very poor job on my daughter and my toes and feet .I can say that after going to them only for 3 years off and on that I Have to find another business because the job kepts getting worse every time I go.My toes were not completely colored, I still had to come home to file the side and bottom of my feet. And i was so sleepy from work but they didn't even file down my nails smooth before painting 😟

I took my friend who is 82, (blind, mobility issues) they were so kind and caring to her they even insisted on putting her socks and shoes back on so she could safely walk to my car. Great job!
