Visa, the nail technician who took care of me is very professional and my pedicure looks amazing!! I had made an appointment and I think is the best because I didn’t have to wait. “The restroom was dirty. It needs a good cleaning”. I wish they can do something about it.

Walked in! Stood around for 5 minutes, no one even bothered to acknowledge me. Very cold staff. So I’m taking my $150 every two weeks elsewhere!!! There was staff just sitting without a client in their chair and they were all too busy talking to notice a NEW customer! Thanks for showing me a great first impression!!! 10 thumbs DOWN!!!!

So, the appointment started off as a bit of a cluster. We had 3 people with an appointment, and they definitely weren't ready for us.
But once they got it all together it was a very enjoyable experience.
The workers were skilled and in my opinion did a great job.

i felt like going here although i had gotten them done not too long prior but was at the plaza and wanted a color change. i always get dip and have healthy nails but this time my new set looked older than my previous one, pinky broke 2 days later, and my pointer broke not too long after, and after a week they look as if i’ve had them for 3. they also soak nails opposed to using foil which definitely didn’t do good for my skin. i don’t typically write reviews especially negative, but this was the lowest quality highest priced set i’ve gotten. definitely would recommend going w somewhere else at least for dip.

I had scheduled an appointment directly with the nail tech Sue, as she prefers and arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment. She had over booked and as I’m sitting down I was asked if I made a proper appointment and that I should have notified her before coming in after the fact of making an appointment. She stopped her service and passed me along to whomever was available to attend her other client; to which this left me feeling like the next client was worth more? There wasn’t anything done to compensate for her over booking or the lack of professionalism and disrespect. Their prices have drastically increased and there was no communication about that detail and unfortunately I paid $95 on services that was done quickly and horribly. I had to find a way to correct the paint and crazy glue left in between my fingers as well as refile most of my nails. Please take your hard earned money some place that makes you feel comfortable and respected because this place is not it.
