I received a gift certificate for this nail salon for Christmas. Marcia R. is fabulous if you ever need a manicure or a pedicure. She treats you like royalty and makes sure that the job is done right. On my second visit, I chipped a few of my nails when I accidentally bumped my hand on the sink and she fixed them - while on her break! No complaints about this place - their atmosphere is so clean and very relaxing.

This review has nothing to do with the nail techs, but to do with management. The service I've received from Nails & Co in Burlington has always been wonderful.
However, over the course of the past four months, my appointments have been pushed back 15 minutes every single time. I consistently have my gel polish changed every two weeks, so over the course of four months, that's eight appointments that have started late with no notice. My last appointment was the worst. I had to wait 15 minutes to to start my pedicure, then when it came time for my manicure, my nail tech was rushing through it. She didn't even give me a full manicure because there was pressure for her to see the next and final client of the night. This type of "management" doesn't only hurt me as a client, but hurts the quality of work by the nail techs. I've been a client at Nails & Co in Burlington for close to 8 years, and after my last appointment, I will no longer be returning.

I had a great experience in the salon. It was very relaxing and spa like. The woman who worked on my nails was very friendly and did a great job. I got a light pink color and unfortunately it turned yellow two days later. When you pay $37 for a gel manicure (which is on the high-end) you would expect it to last and not turn yellow. This is a sign usually of using cheap or inferior products. I won’t return.

Had the Best manicure with Marcia. She was amazing, kind and gave great tips on how to keep your nails healthy.
