Let me start by saying first class service! We are a military family who had been renting a house in Navarre for nearly 10 years, while living away from the area, when our tenants approached us about purchasing the property. It was our first home and selling was not even in our minds, so we were completely unprepared for how to handle it. Fortunately, we were recommended Marcia Monte to guide us through the process. Obviously, we had a multitude of concerns and questions to address, since we were out of the local area, and we were not certain if selling was the right move for us. I can’t say enough about Marcia Monte & her expertise in selling homes. I say homes, not houses because of what it means to me, as does to most people. After 20+ years of being in my home, it was time . I had been contemplating selling my home for a year twice before, Marcia came out, put in a lot of her time & energy. I got cold feet & backed out. A year later all it took was one phone call and Marcia was right back where we started. I have to admit I expected Marcia to be a little hesitant to take me on as a Client, for the third time. That was not the case at all. Marcia is very professional, efficient has lots of patience and always a pleasure to work with. Marcia has expertise in her field & I have no doubt it is the reason my home sold the first day on the market . Not only did my home sell, but Marcia found me a new place and everything is going smoothly. I never felt stress in wondering about what was going on because her communication skills are impeccable!

Not only did she list and secure a full offer contract on our home in four days, she worked tirelessly to ensure that the purchase of our dream property happened simultaneously. I cannot say enough great things about Marcia and her team! She was willing to do whatever it took to help us find our new home and then guide us through the home buying process.
