Horrified. 2 hours for a NexGen manicure... and it still wasn’t done. I couldn’t take it anymore!
I had plans and left there with them barely filed and no top coat anyway. They charged me $40 for this mess. See pictures.
I had a sweet lady try and rescue me from an older guy that filed my natural nail super thin. The entire salon knew I was pissed. I tipped her well because she tried to save the situation, but it was too late.

I am not sure why all of the bad reviews. I am from DC area and went here as husband and boys shopped in the nearby stores. I had to get three tips as well as a gel dip. The gentleman took his time and was meticulous. They were nice I felt the bad reviews were a bit much IMO.

HORRIBLE! I took my 12 year old daughter there with me. She got her nails done in the gel and the girl missed half her nails. Nail polish all around the nails. She seemed more interested in the TV then her actual job! Then i asked for Nexgen French. The guy seemed like it was his first day. He took forever and when he dipped my nails they were not straight and so clumpy. I thought he would fix them with the drill but that was even worse. Every single finger has a cut on it. The nails are all different lengths. I finally told him to just stop that i was ready to leave. I handed him my card and the total came out to over $70! I am usually not one to negotiate prices or complain but every single finger was hurting by this point. I told him i was not paying $45 for my nails bc they were aweful and i was going to have to go somewhere and have them fix it. He called over the manager and she took one look and you could tell she was not happy either. She asked me to stay to fix them but by this point I wanted out of there asap. She said next time you come here come see me. I did not end up paying full price but still paid a ridiculous amount for having something I had to come home and take off. I will never go or refer to that salon again.

Not a very pleasant first visit. My nail tech was nice but he couldn’t understand me (language barrier). Everyone seemed a little annoyed/irritated. Not too very welcoming atmosphere! I asked him if they offered any specials to new customers!?( I know other places do, that’s why I asked) he only laughed and said ya.
My cuticles are now hurting because he drilled to an extent that 2 of my fingers were bleeding.(not very much, but he had to wipe it off) hope I don’t get an infection of any sort. Needless to say I won’t be coming back or recommending.
