This place is busy for a reason! Make an appointment and clarify it. Don’t be discouraged by the other reviews - they are great! If you are in a RUSH (really?) stay home! The pedicures are FABULOUS and the manicures are too. Be patient, it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience! Make a day of it! They are clean, nice and do an excellent job!

Went here a year ago and got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Pedicure was great but for my manicure, the shellac peeled off within a week. Went back today for a pedicure since that was enjoyable, tried to call early (9) for an appointment and was asked to call back at 10. So my family and I tried walking in and was told they could not fit us in until 11:15. I mentioned before we left that we could try the other l.a nails. But my mother said we will be back. Apparently the man there took that as us canceling our appointment. So we come back at 11:15 and were told they did not have any appointments available and that because we were looking elsewhere we canceled our appointment. If we were to get another appointment at another nail salon, who wouldn't call back the salon and cancel the appointment. Honestly so disappointed at the customer service and that we tried to make an appointment earlier, someone answered, but didn't let us make one.

My favorite nail shop I've been to in Traverse City. Great customer service and timing. Staff super friendly and helpful. Massages are great and pricing is too.

I called for an appointment based on reviews saying this place was busy. I walked in at my time and they were ready for me. I got a fill and the woman who did my nails did a great job. She shaped my nails perfectly and they had a great selection of gel colors. I will stop here again.

The woman who did my pedi/mani was in a HUGE hurry!! I think she put lotion on my hands for all of 1 minute. From the wrist down to my fingers. BUT, my reason for such a low score? She CUT me. She didn't apologize, just went on as if nothing happened. Ofcourse, everything she did after that burned like HE**!! This was during the pedicure. The ONLY reason she cut me was because she was moving too FAST! And, very little massage to calves. Never again!
